(.docx is a really silly format to use for attaching an image to a forum post. .jpg, .png or .gif would be sensible. Fortunately, OpenOffice can open it, and I could be bothered to take a look.)
I expect that the error actually occurred during the import. Can you attach a small example of the file you used to create these questions. Thanks.
