Using Moodle 2.0 (Build: 20101125) PHP 5.3.3 Windows 2008 & IIS 7.5
When I try to unenrol a user from a course in moodle two I get to the point Do you really want to unenrol user "X X" from course "Course Name"?

When I click on continue I get a http: 404 error
URL at this point http://server.name/moodle/enrol/users.php
Physically the file is present in the directory but it will not run yet other than this site is working normally.
Any ideas appreciated
