Can i self web host my moodle

We are a small school based in Cyprus and have recently installed Moodle as our VLE.

We have bought the MIS integration package so that pupils and parents can access real time information but failed to realise that our Moodle site is not visible on the web but only locally.

Can anyone suggest a cheap solution to this problem, as we have spent all our money on the above mentioned package (i know, i know)

Traffic should not be too heavy as our pupil count is around 130.

Hi Richard

I do not understand clearly what the problem is. Do you have internet access from the Moodle installation? Is Moodle behind a router and the port 80 is not forwarded to the Moodle host? If so, you could try to perform NAT (Network Address Translation) in the router.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_address_translation

If that fails, you can try some cheap PHP + MySQL hosting.
