If you just started doing quizzes with Moodle, there are a few formats and some work to be done... as I've said in earlier discussions, my "weapon of choice" is ExamView. You can import rtf format from an exported Access file-- and Access can export xml (not sure about ExamView import of xml though). Having said that, there is some work in order to "happily" use ExamView in Moodle; modify the Moodle quiz section from the Blackboard import, etc (see forum thru search). After all that, life is easy! ExamView is an extremely flexible and powerful quiz/exam tool-- web, clikers, LAN, Moodle (same test, no crazy tricks to make it all work!).
