Hi, all
I faced a problem when i used a new fresh version of moodle 1.9.8
In an assignment activity if the students uploaded the file he/she see the file name but when they click on it, it shows an error message "access not allowed", and when the tutors graded the TMA and post a feedback file to the students,the student can't open the feedback file as well and the same error meassage appeared.
Can anybody sovle my problem Please as soon as possible.
