Change date format to Thai Date

 I would like to change date format every page. Could you tell me how to do it?

I try to chage code in moodlelib.php by add  setlocale (LC_TIME, 'th') in function usergetdate($date, $timezone=99) but it didn't work.

I think maybe just change the locale variable in the "Configure Variables" admin screen.

Thank you very much for you recommend.

I 've changed the locale to "th" already. Everything on page is thai but date&time is not thai eg. Wednesday, 4 June 2003, 05:27 PM.
