How do I create an exact copy of moodle.
I did the following:
Exported and the imported DB data, from current DB into new DB.
Copied and pasted, current moodle dir and pasted it as tester
Edited config file.
The above failed, I get a plain old white page with no errors.
I now get to the admin/config page. But when I go to save I get countless errors
