I am very much a novice, and am asking for some very basic direction. I have been trying to find a tutorial on how to convert a font to a tcpdf font that i can use in my moodle certificate plugin.
I found a tutorial recommended on a moodle forum at http://www.tecnick.com/public/code/cp_dpage.php?aiocp_dp=tcpdf_fonts.
Although I'm sure that the tutorial is very helpful, I am lost trying to follow it.
I have a trutype font that I downloaded, but I do not know how to run the ttf2ufm utility.
I also do not know how to run the makefont.php script.
The utility folder was not in my version of Moodle, but I managed to download a version that had the utility folder in it.
I'm afraid that I need a "create tcpdf fonts for dummies" tutorial that will start me from "square 1"
If anybody has a link they could point me to, it would be great.
