Thank you for replying to my question. First, I thought that I had properly download the all in one package for Windows and then felt I made a mistake in downloading it, so I tried deleting it but it would not delete certain files. Those file being, server, apache, php. I then followed the instruction on Moodle article named "complete install packages for Windows". I followed those instructions to the point of opening the web browser and typing "http://localhost. At this point the web browser will not let me in and says "Forbidden 403, You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an Error document to handle request" WHAT IS HAPPENING? Are the files that were not delete from my first download keeping me from proceeding forward. If so how do I delete them, since it says I don't have permission to delete them. Help!
