Yeah, you probably could. It has an FTP mode that works like anything else. However, frontpage doesn't understand php so the WYSIWYG stuff won't be useful, you'll have to always be in HTML mode.

You are better off using something that understands php syntax. Drreamweaver has a php pluggin.
