Houston Community College is implementing MoodleRooms 1.9 and will move towards 2.0 before we go live. Did your team decide on the technical design for the interface? We also have intentions in using SAIP. We have been told that currently there are no institutions using PeopleSoft SAIP and MoodleRooms.
