Hi Rob, Anything is possible However, there is no way to do this with the standard Moodle interface.
Are you looking to tweak the Lesson code for your site or just your course?
Php code is not something I know much about. I do know the lesson code is in ./mod/lesson folder, I looked at view.php and was clueless. Chris
