I just wanted to seek your advice on how you created a forum for Russian Moodle community. There is no Mongolian Moodle community under Community -> Forums -> List of All Forums -> Community Discussion (in other languages) at the moment. And I would like to create a new community like you have got for Russian Moodle community.
Since I have not received any response from Moodle.org site admin about creating a new community I thought I'd contact you and see if you could share your experience in creating Russian Moodle community page.
