No more need to add these math javascripts to theme files, it was after all easy to create filters that can be used site wide or enabled separately for different course contents. This way maths can be used without any changes to core files and even without custom themes.
I will collect all the necessary files to compact packages and give you more detailed info tomorrow.
The next step is to add different settings to these math filters to make them fully configurable.
