The current system is:
- I have three categories for degree classes, say A, B and C. Each category is having 5 courses.
- I have created users (who are students) which are divided into three different roles based on their degree classes, say A1, B1 and C1. This means that all users of class A are assigned role A1, all users of class B are assigned role B1 and so on.
The problem is:
I want to configure moodle in such a way that users belonging to role A1 access the courses of cateogry A only, users having role B1 access courses of B only and users having role C1 access courses of C only. This means the students (users) should be able to access and view only their class courses which belong to a single category. In other words, no user should be able to access the courses belonging to more than one category.
Please note that I'm using Moodle 1.9.7
