I noticed in the 1.9.10 changelog there was a bug fixed (MDL-24225) within lib/moodlelib.php on Sept. 28 2010 and I am wondering if there is a security concern with the revision we are currently running...
I'm not exactly sure what revision we are using but here is what we've got:

Anyways, I am not ready to do a full upgrade of the site so instead I have manually corrected the newly listed security anouncements located here: http://moodle.org/security/
Would it cause problems if I were to use the current moodlelib.php on our exisiting site?
I imagine doing something like that could be trouble and if there is no security concern then I will leave it alone.
