Assignment

Most of our assignments require the participant to read one or more documents, or to fill out a form, or whatever. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to create an assignment object that also includes other resources such as a reading in PDF format? There's no "attachment upload" on the WYSIWYG tool, only an image upload. Obviously I could create hard links between the HTML of an assignment and any asset anywhere, but that would be arduous to create and maintain.

Or is there a better way to think about putting these kinds of assignments together?

How do people here use the assignment object?
