We've run into a problem with the quiz module we're unable to replicate so far in our testing environments.
Basically, the problem is such that aparently randomly a quiz score is incorrect - for example this week we have an issue where the student recieved 8/10 for their quiz when they clearly has recieved 10/10, all of the marks were correct so they should have not recieved 8/10 but should have got the correct 10/10. Running the remark process however fixed the problem, and has always in the past. As you may expect though, this isn't a real solution to the problem when it should be 'correct' right from the start.
Our Moodle environment is 1.9.9 and updated monthly as fixes are posted.
We have not made any code changes in the Quiz module so it's unlikely it is something we have done.
Has anyone run into this issue and perhaps hopefully even resolved it?
