I am fairly new to Moodle, but have managed to get a site up and running along with several SCORM modules deployed. Most of my users are experiencing no issues, but I do have a few users complaining about slow performance and their computers locking up when accessing the SCORM modules. I have checked server performance and everything appears to be in order (low CPU and memory usage, decent response times, etc.).
I am running Moodle 1.9.8+ (Build: 20100512) on a server running Ubuntu 8.04.2 LTS with 1GB or RAM.
The SCORM modules were developed using Flash and were packaged manually by a 3rd party.
I have seen several posts about the speed of SCORM modules within Moodle, but nothing that quite seemed to answer the question fully. Any information anyone could provide will be greatly appreciated.
