Resource types

Hello,

One teacher of my school send lot of files with names with letters like : ' é è etc.. for example (l'existence.pdf, le désir.pdf etc...)

After, it's impossible to chose these files for a ressource and impossible to rename it trough moodle. I must go by fillezilla to rename file or delete them.

can we imagine a warning message for the user who try to send file with wrong format name?
