It kind of depends what you want to do, there might be several approaches.
1. Create an Alumni Course, and give the enrolment key to Students at the end of their specific Courses.
2. Use Metacourses so as a Student in a specific Course they also get access to the Alumni Course.
3. Create a stand-alone Course and email previous Students with the URL and enrolment key.
Once running you could use RSS and News Forums for example to 'keep in touch' with Alumni.
