We have created a new role called "Program Administrator". This user should be able to hide or show individual Activities, but NOT add or delete them. We've tried several combinations of capabilities to get this going, but it seems that in order to have the permission to hide or show an activity, then "manage activities" needs to be set to "allow" as well... but we don't want them to have that capability.
Is there any way to make this happen?
We are using 1.9.3. Because of the heavy customizations we've made, upgrading is not an option.
