If your SCORM object returns that data to Moodle you can some of it using the SCORM Reports:
http://docs.moodle.org/en/SCORM_reports

Reporting in 1.9 is pretty limited but has improved in 2.0

The page mentioned states

"Note that the tracked details depend heavily upon what the SCORM object itself is programmed to report. Many SCORM packages created with authoring suites use the suspend_data field to record important information, instead of the traditional SCORM values. This makes deciphering the recorded data extremely difficult."

This is why I never understood there was ample support for the feature that SCORM packages could be "loaded" with the suspendstate for a certain student.

I hacked the SCORM module to provide a link launching the SCORM packge with specific student data from the report screen.
