I have been trying to find a way to set up a 'worksheet' to use on Moodle.

The idea I have in mind is to be able to set up a series of questions quite like the quiz module, however, instead of using it to submit a grade, it would store the information on the database and allow for either pdf, html, or rtf output.

The worksheet could also be used in conjunction with the workshop module.

The result is, through a series of guided questions, a student will be able to generate a planning sheet, a checklist, a profile, or a workshop assignment.

Being sotred on the database, the student can go back to it and modify it if necessary.

From the instructor side, the module would also be set up on a series of questions, similar to the quiz module, number and type of questions and simple processing for output.

I am not sure if the idea is clear enough. Is this doable? Perhaps a modification to the quiz module?
