A student complaining that she cannot submit the assignment, the error message:

"Course module is incorrect".

Other students can upload their assignment without any problem. Assignment type: Advanced uploading of files

Can someone point out what's the problem? Moodle version: 1.9.1

Is she in a group with the others? Have you logged in as her and tried to upload an assignment yourself? Do you still get the error message?

Yes.

I've tried enrol myself as a student for that course, and I able to submit the assignment.

I cannot try logged in as her since the course owner already closed the submission.
