I just moved a v1.9.4 moodle site from one server to another (everything stayed the same as far as doc root, code root, server name, etc.) I followed this document (under the if you have SSH access section):

Everything went smoothly, except after the I took the new site out of maintenance mode and was trolling around testing things out. I noticed that when I click on Browse List of Users I just get an empty pane where I would normally see the search options and results. If I click on Bulk User Actions I just get a white screen.
I also get a white screen if I'm in a course and choose settings under the Administration block (/course/edit.php). I've verified that those php files are there (e.g. mysite.com/admin/user.php for the Browse list of users). Everything from the rsync is there and shows same date modified, etc.
It looks like everything else is working. All user accounts came over, I just can't search for them. Any ideas? TIA
Not sure what the problem was, but upgrading to 1.9.9 seems to have fixed it.
