Hi
We have been using moodle for 4 years now.
We recently upgraded our OS to Windows 7. Since then, and I don't know if it is a problem even, but our Russian Language Moodle courses are experiencing the problem as you can see in the attached picture.
The Russian Cyrillic is no longer visible. I have reinstalled the RU language pack, but this hasn't helped.
Any ideas?

I tried something extra and that was reinstall the Russian language keyboard. Not sure if that would have made a difference even, but turns out it didn't
Anyone got a better answer. You can even write in Russian if you want
