I also have the same problem - "A required parameter (sesskey) was missing" when you try to provide feedback for an asignment submission based on a custom assignment plug-in. It was working fine in with Moodle version 1.9.5+. After the upgrade to 1.9.9+ (Build 20101006) I am getting this error.
Quick Grading works fine for us as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
