I think there is a minor grammatical error in the overall feedback validation for the modedit form when creating a new quiz
"Feedback grade boundaries must in order, highest first. The value you entered in boundary 2 is out of sequence."
Should the word "be" (italicized for emphasis) be inserted as in :
"Feedback grade boundaries must be in order, highest first. The value you entered in boundary 2 is out of sequence."
