It is a long time since I used the game module, but I seem to remember that the contents was addedf via another resource (a quiz?). It must be documented somewhere as I cannot imagine I would have found that out by guesswork.
Most of the games use a glossary. You need to start your own. Millionaire is multiple choice and uses the quiz.
You can also use a quiz with short answer questions.
