Is there a way to set the role for a user on a category instead of on a course?
There are multiple schools in the district using the one instance of Moodle so I have them grouped by Districts and then the Schools underneath each main District.

- School 2
- School 3
School District 2
- School 1
- School 2
- School 3
I want to upload a csv file of the teachers and assign them coursecreator roles on whatever School category they belong to. Is there an easy way to do this without having to do it manually?
