Gradebook

Hello,

I have a site setup with the following:

- approximately 100 courses broken into various categories and subcategories
- 2 questionnaires per course
- all courses are linked to an admin-only metacourse to allow for aggregation of user information and emailing of all students

I would like to be able to access a report of the user activity within the questionnaires across all courses. Something like the following:

- summary by category/course of all questionnaires with the number of completed questionnaires by course
- display of courses with no attempts made to date
- ideally, the student's name would appear under each course with their completion details like date completed

As an example:

- Category 1
-- Course 1
-- User 1 completed questionnaire 1 on 6/1/2010
-- User 2 completed questionnaire 2 on 6/2/2010
-- Course 2
-- 0 attempts on questionnaire 1
-- user 3 completed questionnaire 2 on 6/2/2010

This could be done differently, but hopefully the general goal of the report is clear (my apologies if not!).

I must confess, I have no idea where to start with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
