We are just committing the last few changes to indexes in core tables. On the stable branch, we are holding onto the version number a bit, to try and fit more things into the version bump, and to delay the DB changis affecting users that download daily builds.
It would be good, for those who feel adventurous and are running daily builds of stable, to manually update version.php to read '2004083130'. If it doesn't complete successfully, you can change it back safely (to whatever it was).
The latest patches ensure that student and teacher enrolments are unique, and add a bunch of indexes for better performance.
