Email CSS

Email CSS

I've setup some css rules using #email by placing the css in styles_layout.php in the standard theme.

If users are subscribed to a forum receive notification of a forum post, the styling is applied but any other messages sent (via bulk actions for example) receive no styling even though I've ensured the html format is selected.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi,

You should never make changes to Standard theme CSS, or layout for that matter, as Standard theme is rewritten on each modification of Moodle.

It is better to add the css changes directly into the theme, or themes, used by your organisation.

Mary,
thanks for that - it was just a test to prove that the css worked which it seems to, it's just not being applied to everything.
