If anyone could help, I'd be really grateful!
I have installed nanogong and it works fine, but I'd like to know how to rename it in the list of available assignments - it seems to install as typenanogong and I'd like to call it something like "Sound Recording'.
It's just cosmetic, I know, but I can't see where to make the change...

Try going to site administration>language>language editing>edit words and phrases and select from the drop down "assignment nanongong" and change it there

Just done it -
go to assignment.php in the lang folder and enter a new line:
//Nanogong assignment in activity dropdown
$string['typenanogong'] = 'NanoGong Assignment';
This worked when the browser was refreshed
