Does Moodle send out forgot password help emails in the 'Preferred language' that the user has set in his/her profile. if so, it doesn't seem to be working for my site.
I have set a test-student's preferred language as Francais (Fr) in the profile, but still Moodle sends out forgot password or change password emails to the email address in English.
Are there any settings i have to modify.
I am using Moodle 1.9 and my site's default language is English (en) and i have the Francais (Fr) language pack installed.
