Installing and upgrading help

I just did an upgrade using the latest stable 1.4.2+ Moodle. The installation went smoothly, but I am receiving this message at the top of the page:

Notice: Uninitialized string offset: -1 in /home/rgb/public_html/campus/lib/moodlelib.php on line 3367

any thoughts?
