Currently I am looking at using Moodle in a corporate environment. Students are our employees who need to take course to validate their use of equipment, first aid certification, etc.
The big question that I have and can't immediately find an answer to is the following:
Some employees need to take a course in first-aid, and yearly they need to do a refresher course. There are also courses that need to be retaken on a regular basis.
Can Moodle offer a suitable solution to this challenge?

Well the short answer is - yes - there are no problems whatsoever with using Moodle to do this
You are not tied to doing a course once, or within a time schedule; you can do a course as many times as you wish over different schedules - you can have your grades reset and start again or you can carry on where you left off - all of this is possible in Moodle.(edit: Bury! Just down the road from me!)
