Please can you help, I find the questionnaire module really useful, but was wondering whether it is possible to adapt this module or if there was a module that was more suitable for carrying out a skills assessment.
We would like the student to be able to fill out the questionnaire and then submit it to a teacher. The teacher would then see the form in their view and if necessary be able to ammend the form before finally submitting and closing it.
The completed form would then be viewable by the student and the teacher. We would then need to run a report that only pulls down the data from the completed form.
