After chatting with my host, I now have some error logs being reported. However, I cannot go back in time. Maybe I'll catch it next time.
As stated before, I have run into some problems in the past if I decompressed the QuizPort zip file from my cpanel/file manager. I have found that the best way, albeit slow way, is to upload each file from the decompressed QuizPort individually. It is not hard. It just takes a little while.
