Forum

I would like to create a forum on my website, I want everyone to be able to access it. But so far, when I log in as a guest, I can see the administration posts, but when I log in as a different user who is not a guest, it says I don't have permission, the same this happens with the chat room, I created a chat room but no it mostly shows that it cannot be accessed even by registered guests, also I would like to avoid the message showing "would you like to enroll in this course" when trying to log in to a forum, any ideas? thanks!
