SCORM not loading for some (not all) users

We have a few students who are attempting to open an Articulate SCORM package and are unable to. Most of our students are able to open the SCORM fine. Here's the error we're getting...

Hi Shalimar,

Since you are a Remote-Learner customer, I was able to look at your SCORM package on your Moodle site. It loads and runs fine for me, provided I turn off my pop-up blocker.

I've ruled out a couple of things from this cursory look at the package. I suggest that you start a Remote-Learner support ticket and request that it be assigned to me.

In the meantime, can you get more information about exactly which browser versions this issue is occurring in? Do all browsers accessing the content have updated Flash plugins? IE6 has been turning up with some issues in the last 6 months, some of which have no easy solutions.

We can exchange more information on the R-L support ticket.
