I need to create a text or web page to open in a new window and it must not be resizable and I want to allow the window to be scrollable. I therefore un-check
Allow the window to be resized and check Allow the window to be scrolled .
However, IE 7 & 8 do not work correctly when displaying the page. The page cannot be resized which is correct but there is no scrollbar so you cannot see the entire page.
If I check Allow the window to be resized then the scrollbar appears correctly.
This is not a problem in Firefox. The scrollbar appears correclty whether the Allow the window to be resized is checked or not.
As a test, I created a popup window independent of Moodle and was able to create page that was not resizable and had a scrollbar auto and it works in IE 7 and 8 so I know this is a Moodle problem.
Any ideas?
