After i download the hub mod and install.

Should I be able to configure a private hub and have another moodle register on it (even with a private url it seemed to go to Moodle.org )

And centrally registering the hub isnt behaving either, so just wanted to check should i be able to do either, or should i wait for a release that works smile

Hi,
for installing a hub:
1- enable web services (Admin block > Advanced features)
2- enable the xml-rpc protocol (Admin block > Plugins > Web services > Manage protocols)
3- set up your hub (Admin block > Hub > Settings)

You don't need to register your hub on the hub directory. Registering your hub on the hub directory makes it available for public search.

Atm moment search on private hub has not been implemented, you can register a site and publish course on a private hub. Search operation for registered site will be coming soon.
