In MOODLE How to create online questions like following link :-

I wish to have only two button like above link. One to submit and one for cancel and show result.
When last question is submitted automatically it should show result.

Sorry for the delay in answering your post.
The Quiz module will do what you want. Use the Quiz settings so that 1 question appears on a page at a time and that it is pulling random questions from a question category. This is what I am seeing on your link that uses html pages.
The Lesson module is always set up so that there is one button to submit the answer on a single page. Based upon the answer the student selected and the jump the teacher set, the student will go to the page the teacher wants. For example, in a question about color hue, all the wrong answers might gets a different response, then go to a branch table page that gives more information about color hue. On this page, one of the buttons at the bottom might send the student back for another unseen question in a cluster, and another to the end of lesson where the student sees their grade.
