Hi,
Well, there is not exactly a Multiple response question type, but you can use the Multiple Choice question type, then in the question editing form, select "Multiple answer allowed" under the "One or multiple answers" field.
In this way you can create questions with for example 4 answers in which only two are correct, and if the student select all answers, then the 2 incorrect answers cancel the correct ones, and the question is pondered to 0.

but is there anyway, that if he answered the correct ones he'll get the grade, but if there is 2 correct answers and he answered only one then he'll get 0

If you mean "multiple choice, multiple select", yes, that option exists in Moodle questions.

there is multi-answer question type (cloze), you can use cloze generator to easily generate mulitple questions (in the same question itself), these questions may be of different types.
