Recebi a minha resposta hoje do pessoal do Moodle:
Only Moodle Partners may use the Moodle name (or Moodle logo) for promoting commercial services (hosting, consulting, training, etc). Problems arise when organisations use phrases like "Moodle Hosting" or "Moodle Course Content". I suggest you use more general phrases such as "VLE training" or "CMS content". More leeway is given when ambiguous phrases are used. Hint: to avoid violating the Moodle trademark, be creative in the way you advertise your services and don't try to pass your business off as a Moodle Partner.
If you are unsure about how your site is using the name just send us a link and we'll let you know if it complies with our trademark rules. In many cases we can offer suggestions on how you can change your site so it's not in violation of the Moodle trademark.
http://educmedia.com.br/produtos/moodle/ this page is completely fine because it does not promote or advertise Moodle commercial services.
É isso aí gente, abraços, foi realmente o que discutimos ontem aqui no fórum.
