The Over Allocation Level

...When the Level is set to ONE then some of the submissions may be alocated once more than other allocations (and it follows from this that some of the submissions may be allocated once less than other allocations), that is the allocation is unbalanced. Similiarly if the Level is set to TWO then a greater unbalance is allowed.

Yes, thanks. I was struggling there more with the grammar than the spelling. The word that grates  is "once". It is, however, important and probably has to appear twice. If anyone can suggest a better way of expressing this rather technical point I'd be most grateful. Perhaps "one time" would be better?
