I am by no means an expert, but I'll try.
Few questions first:
- You ar running moodle local (from your own machine)?
- Your database is called moodle?
- The database username is username?
- The database password is password?
- Your main moodle directory (where the config.php) is moodle?
- Your folder for moodle'd data (where is creates courses etc) is Moodledata?
