Hello, i am trying to make changes in the way news are shown.
does somebody know how to show news using a post-it-like warning on the screen?
I want to have the news shown on the screen (any part of the screen, prefferibly on the center of the screen) like the post-it notes (that yellow paper), so anyone that logs in my moodle sees a post it noting news or other info.
